Smudge Studio Bk LLC is Brooklyn-based fine art, creative education, and textile design studio.

For international shipments, the shipping provider may then share this information with local postal services in the destination country. Who at Smudge Studio Has Access to Your Information?

Smudge Studio's website administrators have access to the information you provide us, including the following:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our site administrators have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.


How Long Will We Keep Your Information?

We only hold your Information for as long as we have a valid reason to keep it. We are not in the business of keeping your information longer than needed. We retain customer purchase records for five years from the purchase date. This includes name, address, email address, account username, items purchased, and their relative cost, order total, and any customer notes provided at the time of checkout.

We do not retain or have access to customer payment details such as credit card numbers or account passwords.
